For Kenyan clients, M-Pesa can be the primary payment option. Other countries will need locally appropriate payment options.

The consultation fee is US$1. We will confirm the payment method and any applicable local-currency equivalent before you pay.

Pay using verified business details
Use the official Till or Paybill details displayed on the confirmed payment request.

Payment is verified
Your M-Pesa transaction is checked before the consultation proceeds.

Secure case intake begins
You receive instructions for sharing relevant clinical information securely.

Paybill / Till number: To be added after business payment details are confirmed.
Account reference: Your consultation reference will be provided with the payment request.
Do not send money to a personal number or an unverified account. This demo does not process payments or initiate an M-Pesa STK push.
Future upgrade: integrate Safaricom Daraja (M-Pesa STK Push) through a secure server, with payment callbacks and automatic reconciliation. Never place API keys or secret credentials in website code.

Do you perform the scans?
No. North Springwood Imaging Guide is a consultation and imaging-guidance service. Imaging is performed by appropriately licensed facilities and professionals.
Can you diagnose my condition online?
This service does not replace a full clinical assessment or provide a definitive diagnosis based only on an online enquiry. Guidance may include recommending in-person clinical review before imaging.
Can I use the service outside Kenya?
The platform is intended to serve Kenya and, subject to professional licensing, data-protection and payment arrangements, other East African countries. Availability will be confirmed for each country.
Is this for emergencies?
No. For severe pain, difficulty breathing, chest pain, stroke symptoms, major trauma, heavy bleeding, loss of consciousness or other urgent symptoms, seek immediate emergency care. Do not wait for an online response.
Will you interpret my scan?
Imaging-selection consultation is separate from image interpretation and formal reporting. Any reporting service would need its own professional, technical and regulatory arrangements.
